AlterEco is a community Cooperative operating in the Lunigiana region providing tourist and environmental services, promoting sustainable and identity-based tourism since 1997.
The community Cooperative was born around the project to relaunch a meeting place involving the entire village. The village’s only meeting place was converted into a multi-purpose space.
The community cooperative was established in March 2019 by three friends who, out of love for their land, decided to commit themselves to redeveloping and promoting their territory for the benefit of the local community and the environment.
Mulazzo Hospitality and Environment is engaged in developing a series of services aimed at both enhancing the area and creating new opportunities to improve the quality of life of its citizens.
The Cooperative was established in 2020 to alleviate the hardships of the approximately 150 residents of the village. The project has provided the community with social and health services at a distance, also taking care of the local gastronomic supply chain.
Sigeric is a Cooperative formed by tourism professionals, tourist, environmental and excursion guides, created to provide tourist services to schools, companies, travel agencies, public bodies and institutions.
The community Cooperative Torrano Domani was established in 2019 at the proposal of the ‘Culture and Solidarity’ Club to revive the village and revitalise its agricultural and organic mountain economy.
The Cooperative’s project consists of developing the local short supply chain linked to sheep and enhancing local biodiversity by recovering the cultivation of chestnuts and reintroducing ancient varieties of wheat and maize.
The CCC is a community cooperative that works to create cultural, social and economic development within peripheral, inland or mountainous territories. The history of this cooperative has accompanied that of the Compito Valley community for over forty years.
The Cooperative manages info points spread over the municipal territory located in the points of greatest tourist influx such as the Verrucole Fortress and the Orecchiella Reserve, where it supports tourists in choosing the best sites to visit in the municipality.
The Cooperative, established in 2001 with the objective of creating and growing a tourist system in a fascinating but difficult area, deals with the commercial activities, mobility and attractions of the territory.
